Detention Inmate Telephones

Inmates have access to a collect-call telephone system. The telephones in general population are turned on by an automatic timer at 9:00 AM and are turned off at 11:00 PM. Three way calling is not permitted and will result in that number having a block placed on it. Phone calls generally last around 15 minutes and then will automatically disconnect after a warning.

Phone cards are available for purchase to contact numbers that don't accept collect calls. Order forms are passed out once weekly.

No incoming calls to Inmates are allowed. Staff will not pass messages to Inmates unless it is a verified emergency.

All calls from Inmate phones are subject to monitoring and recording.
